Simply Jesus: A New Vision of Who He Was, What He Did, and Why He Matters

Readers of the Bible today are faced with over 200 years of critical Biblical scholarship telling them that the church doesn't see the real story of Jesus in the Bible. In Simply Jesus, Wright seeks to answer the question: How do the church and Christians communicate the mission and accomplishments of Jesus to a world that does not know him? Wright explains how the new paradigm makes the gospel and Jesus so much more appealing, relevant, exciting, and directly tied to our work here and now. Like his previous bestselling book, Simply Christian, this book will be the go-to book for all people looking for a basic but thorough understanding of who Jesus was and what that means for us today.
