The Veils of Valoria (The Morvantia Chronicles)

Two worlds, one prophecy… where magic and spirit collide… the debut magical worlds novel by Kirsty F McKay and the first in the Veils of Valoria fantasy series.

Finn is one of the most talented Trackers in Valoria, but haunted by a mysterious woman and with his world threatened and at risk of destruction, his latest quest may be his greatest challenge yet.
Under the ever-watchful eye of the notorious Council, Finn is cast through a portal into a strange world where the Tracker soon becomes the hunted, as an evil presence bays for his blood. With time against him and his enemy closing in, Finn must fulfil an ancient prophecy or all will be lost.
A man from a world of powerful magic and a woman from Earth – where magic is not as far away as you might think – are destined to be together and take on the dark forces that threaten to destroy everything they know.

“Love the way the drama in each world unfolds, with much more to the magic than is seen straight away.”
