Claimed by The Billionaire (The Hendrix Billionaires)

Can an alpha billionaire win over a curvy, independent woman’s heart…in just one night?

Carter

One, two, three billion. I lost count a long time ago.
The money doesn’t matter to me.
What does matter to me is a certain curvy brunette who just put me in my place.
It’s not every day that a woman has the guts to talk to me in that way.
Even more surprising? I liked it.

Her smart mouth is almost as hot as her body.
And as I get to know her, I realize that Maya has more going on than just her voluptuous exterior.
A difficult past. A promising future.
And an iron backbone that won’t bend for any man, no matter how wealthy he is.
I want to claim Maya, to make her mine.
But can I scale the walls she’s built to protect her heart?

Maya
I don’t need a man. I don’t need anyone.
I’ve spent the last few years building a life for myself.
It might not be much, but it’s mine. Nobody can take it away from me.
When I walk into Carter Hendrix’s office, I think I’m interviewing for a job.
But after he disrespects me, it’s clear he doesn’t intend to take me seriously.
So what do I do? I walk out on him.

What I don’t expect is for him to come chasing after me.
I’ve never had any man chase me, let alone a guy like Carter.
But as kind as his apologetic gesture might be, I don’t know if it’s enough to bridge the gap between our worlds.
And the last thing I need right now is to get hurt.
