The games that some families play can be deadly. The three women of the Foster family have always been at the opposite corners of a triangle. The mother, Abigail Foster, has the sweet Texas draw but her words can draw blood and her word is law. Evelyn is the subservient older sister who has a love-hate relationship with her mother. Jackie Sue is the daughter who thought she escaped her family by moving to Arizona. Jackie Sue dreads having to return to Tanglewood Road to help Evelyn with their dying mother.
