My Earth Journey

My Earth Journey is a beautifully illustrated picture book that blends emotional healing with the magic of the natural world. When a young girl’s heart is broken by a friend, she escapes to the quiet of a rock garden—and is swept into an unforgettable dreamscape guided by playful otters, a soaring hawk, and a wise hare. Along the way, she discovers the soothing power of plants like lavender and mugwort, and the deep comfort that comes from reconnecting with Earth and its creatures.

Rooted in herbal wisdom and spirit animal symbolism, this gentle, imaginative story offers children a path through sadness and back to joy. It’s a perfect tool for parents, educators, and caregivers who want to nurture emotional resilience, mindfulness, and a deeper love for the natural world.
