The Fae's Promise (Grym Hollow #5)

Evangeline has always dreamed of a life outside Grym Hollow, exploring a world of culinary magic and making her own. It’s what her parents would’ve wanted for her. But like the other women, leaving is only possible through The Guardian’s contract, which comes with its own rewards…and risks.

Like marrying two monarchs to save their courts from a curse that rots food right off the vine.

Hunger makes a desperate fool of anyone, but King Niko has never felt more confident taking a human bride alongside his other half. The fae are hardly conventional, and he wants to embrace her as the perfect addition to their bond. The one who will undoubtedly save his people from famine.

Zephyr, however, is as cold as the ice that flows through his veins. Scarred by a past that demonstrates just how dangerous shared mates can be, he’s determined to treat this as political duty—and nothing else.

As the darkness spreads, a precarious alliance will no longer be enough. But can they combine their love to heal their pasts, their kingdom, and their hearts?

Book five in the Grym Hollow series. Each book follows one couple and ends in a happily-ever-after. The books can be read in any order, but reading in numerical order is best.
