Bossy Mogul (The Moguls, #1)

I tell off a stranger in a pitch-black elevator. In my defence, I didn't know who he was.

What I didn't know—couldn't have known—was that the man with the devastatingly sexy voice and the audacity to play 20 Questions while I was already late for the most important interview of my life would turn out to be anyone I'd ever see again.

Then the lights came on.

Tall. Commanding. Dressed like he owns the world—because he does. Beckett Christensen is the kind of man you don't forget. And the kind of man a girl like me—freshly betrayed, newly homeless, sworn off smooth talkers forever—has absolutely no business noticing.

But noticing isn't the problem.

Walking into my life-changing interview and finding him in the power chair is.

Mr. Sexy Voice is my new billionaire boss. And he hasn't forgotten a single word I said in that elevator.

Note to self: Telling off your future boss in a pitch-black elevator before you even know who he is? Terrible idea.

Tropes: Workplace romance, billionaire romance, only one bed, opposites attract, forced proximity, he falls first and harder, no third act breakup

Book 1 in the Moguls series. Reads as a standalone.
