Damien (Paranormal Council Enforcers #11)

When you’re sent on assignment by the goddess, the last thing you expect is to find your fated mate, in the middle of a jungle.

Damien Ashburn spent over a century traveling the shifter realm, searching for something unknown after he was banished from his realm by his creator and master. Without a purpose, the hellhound never stayed in place until he was suddenly drawn to a mountaintop in Montana. There, he found not only another hellhound but a purpose: the Paranormal Council.

Ledger Murphy’s life came to a screeching halt when his missing brother called him terrified. After months of searching for him in a South American jungle, Ledger encounters a group that will throw his already upturned life into a spiraling spin—he just doesn’t know it yet.

Ledger immediately recognizes Damien as his mate, but he’s not so sure he even likes the hellhound after he ran off and left stranded in the jungle. True, he was chasing some unknown being, but still. With the help of another hellhound couple, can the pair work things out? Or will they continue to growl at one another?

Damien is Book Eleven in the Paranormal Council Enforcers series. Each book in this series will focus on a different couple, but these books are not standalones and should be read in order as there is an ongoing backstory that won’t be resolved quickly. This is a fated mate story in an MPreg world, but this is an alpha/alpha pairing, and there is no pregnancy in this story. You should expect all the normal shenanigans, and remember that sometimes fated mates don’t necessarily understand what is going on.
