Merry With A Milkman (Love Beach, Holiday Collection)

An affair with the milkman? How 1950s.
Tegan
It sounds dramatic, but the first time I see Rhone I know he’s my destiny. So when he asks me to advise him in starting an artisanal cheese business, I’m more than willing to help—in any way I can.

I’m going to use this to my advantage to bring a smile to my grumpy milk man’s face. Including the surprise opportunity to pretend we’re engaged to woo an investor with old-fashioned ideas.

How do I convince him I need to be more than just a business mentor?

Rhone
My cheese cellar is nearly full and it’s time to finally start my business. Tegan is as sweet as the chocolates from her shop, but I can’t allow another pretty face to distract me. I need her business knowledge and experience to bring my cheeses to market.

When an interested investor catches us in an ill-timed kiss, I claim she’s my fiancée. Now we’re stuck in a fake relationship. As uncomfortable as I am with the situation, I don’t want to get unstuck.

I’ve been burned by pretty and taken in by smiles and laughter before. How do I know what I feel for Tegan is real, or just simple gratitude?
