Make Me Want To Love You: Love in Emerald Creek

Single Mom. Victim. Small Town Girl.
Those are just a few of the names I’ve been called.
Divorcee
That poor girl
Are just a few others
But when Burke storms into Emerald Creek all blond hair and perfect smile, he sees something else.
Smart.
Beautiful.
Interesting.
When he lays those blue-gray eyes on me, I feel like that woman
And worse?
Despite my past, despite my better judgment
It makes me want to love him.

She has no idea how amazing she is
And that’s its own kind of aphrodisiac
Shayna is superhero and she had no clue of her power
For some reason I want to be the man to show her
Most women are all about what they can get from me but Shayna doesn’t want anything.
Except my body.
She’s making me work for it and I am so willing to put in the work
Because she’s worth it
Because despite everything, I’m starting to fall
