Murder at Maple Pond: An Amish Cozy Mystery

Fall themed Amish cozy murder mystery novel

Phoebe Hershberger started life on a bad foot - literally. Born with a disability that causes her to limp, Phoebe has always struggled to fit into her Amish community. The fact that her parents have a rocky past that serves as a constant source of gossip doesn't help much, either.

Thankfully Phoebe has one place she can escape to in order to be alone and relax - Maple Pond. Though her community doesn't approve of swimming, Phoebe risks everything for the chance to swim in the peaceful, secluded pond whenever she can sneak away for a few hours.

But one September afternoon, everything changes. Phoebe meets Carter Westbrooke at Maple Pond, in an embarrassing situation that makes her never want to see Carter again. But when the two of them find themselves thrown into the middle of a murder investigation centered around Maple Pond, Phoebe and Carter decide to work together to find the murderer that's threatening their community. Will they be able to focus on the investigation despite their feelings for each other - and without becoming targets themselves?
