A Christmas Cookie For The Mountain Man (Ozark Mountain Men Christmas #1)

The bakery is heating up this holiday season. 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Stephanie
I’m in trouble.
It’s Christmas Eve, and this is the last big catering push for my bakery.
I’m utterly exhausted, and it might be blurring my judgment, because right now Cory Hammond looks absolutely, deliciously, perfectly edible.
As in, I want to eat him right up.
But lumberjack Cory is the bad boy mountain man of Red Oak Mountain.
I know better than to get involved with him, even if he’s currently wearing a cute Christmas sweater underneath his flour-covered apron.
What I can’t figure out is why his reputation doesn’t match the man I’ve spent the last week getting to know.

Cory

She thinks all I want is a one-night stand.

Stephanie feels addictive to me, if comfort can be addicting.
She’s like cinnamon spice and Christmas presents under a real evergreen tree. She’s like a stocking hung on a mantle with my name stitched into it. She’s like everything I’ve never had before.
Stephanie is everything I’ve ever wanted and never known I needed… but she’s too good for me.
How can she ever love me when the whole town thinks I’m trouble?
The best thing I could do for her is stay away.
