The Renter (SAGA #1)

Twenty-five-year-old Dani Sommer and forty-four-year-old Adam Harris are both picking up the pieces of their lives. She’s back home in Williams Bay, Wisconsin after a career setback, while he’s seeking distance from Chicago following a high-profile divorce. Neither expected a summer romance—yet the cottage Adam rents becomes the catalyst for a sexy fling that quickly grows complicated.

When Declan Kruk—Adam’s business partner and the half-brother of Dani’s abusive ex—makes a reappearance, it stirs up emotions that Dani would rather leave buried.

By summer’s end, Adam offers Dani the financial security and exclusive business connections she’s always dreamed of—in exchange for a baby—but with secrets swirling and Declan always lurking, Dani wonders if she’s truly ready to take this plunge.

Note: This is not a traditional happily-ever-after romance. Dani’s full journey unfolds across the SAGA Series, culminating in The One.
