The Imperial Song – After I Bloom, A Hundred Flowers Die

“He is a son of the imperial family, and it is precisely because I have chosen him, that’s why I dare to say this even in front of your majesty.”

She is noble, cold, and looks down on everyone. No one and nothing in the world can move her.

Until she met that cup of top-notch cultured Longjing tea.

He knelt down to plead this corrupted minister: “The crime should not befall on the wife and children.”

The officials felt moved: the crown prince is kind.

Only she knew, that he was the one who had exposed the crime and the one who took over the position of minister was one his followers.

He ran around for the prince suspected of treason: “My second brother is filial and respectful. I don’t believe he is a traitor.”

His clansmen praised him : the crown prince is affectionate.

Only she knew, that he was the one who plotted the treason, that it was to deal with the aftermath that he was running around, making sure that the evidence was as solid as a mountain and others took the blame.

He tasted the medicine for His Majesty who was lying in sickness and served in front of the mourning bed: “As long as my imperial father does not recover, I will not eat for a day.”

The people were touched : the crown prince is filial and righteous. Only she knew that the poisoning was on him, and he tasted the medicine himself to prevent His Majesty from waking up too soon…

But with her, he was gentle and harmless : “Cough cough cough…Xi He, although I am weak, I can give you everything you need.”

“…”Weak? He certainly didn’t know that she had witnessed him taking the heads of three people with one sword, “Stop pretending, Your Highness Crown Prince.”

He let down his sickly appearance, his eyes deep and burning: “No matter how many choices you have, it can only be me in the end.”
