Cum Dumpster Fire

Completed as the Author was treated and recovering from laryngeal
cancer, Cum Dumpster Fire is a collection of poetry that combines short
and long form verse as Jameel gives a fresh, diverse and contemporary
voice to trauma, love, family, politics and urban life. Interspersed throughout
are his poignant watercolor paintings that reflect the moving words on the
pages.

From the Author...
“The words within may not be for everyone, but they are for some.
After all, I would rather say what I feel than hold back, and I have never
held back.
So, sit back, put on or take off your pajamas, pour yourself a piping hot cup
of coffee, watch the world burn, curl up alongside that magnificent bonfire
and read this book...and if you don’t like it, add it to the bonfire.”
