Jessica Frost is an award-winning architect running one of the most successful companies in the UK. Decisive and commanding, she has high standards for those whom she employs. Designing buildings that reshape skylines is what she’s known for, but now she wants to make more of a meaningful difference to people’s lives.

When Jessica asks Rosie Patterson – warm, passionate and looking to get promoted – to lead on a post-industrial waterfront regeneration in Jessica’s hometown, Rosie is beyond excited as this is her big opportunity to advance her career. But Rosie isn’t sure she has what it takes and she’s harbouring a secret crush on Jessica.

As Jessica and Rosie work closer together, they must test the limits of their abilities to see the project through and navigate the growing connection between them.
