Falling Offsides (Los Angeles Comets)

Form USA Today Bestselling author Alexandra Silva comes an all-new, dark hockey romance set in The Los Angeles Comets' world.

It was just supposed to be a summer job.
A resume booster. A chance to reconnect with my dad. A few months shooting sweaty hockey players through a camera lens—not falling for one. But then Auguste Broussard nailed me with a puck on day one, drove me home, and turned out to be my next-door neighbor.

Now he’s everywhere.

Quiet. Brutal. Beautiful. And watching me in secret, through hidden cameras in my apartment, like I already belong to him.

He’s my dad’s star player. Hockey’s golden boy. The youngest on the team with the most to lose. And yet he looks at me like I’m the prize.

Auguste is the kind of man who should’ve been a cautionary tale. Instead, he became the risk I couldn't stop taking.

He knows things he shouldn’t… My favorite books. My coffee order.
The way I sound when I touch myself at night.

I told myself I wouldn’t fall. Couldn’t. Not when I know love never stays.

But Auguste? He doesn’t run. He chases.
And every time I try to push him away, he just pulls me closer.

So maybe this was never supposed to last…
But he’s the first man who’s ever made me wish it could.
