Whispers of the Past (Hidden Secrets #1.5)

Alexander and Isabella didn't get to choose what life they were born into, but they want to decide what life they live from here on out.

Isabella: Her father wants her to take over his role in the family business — she would rather not. Living a life of crime and always looking over her shoulder isn’t what she hoped for. College seems like the perfect escape, and her boyfriend agrees...or so she thought.

Alexander: Being the first born to a leader of a large criminal organization doesn’t leave you with many choices. Leaving this town is all he wants, but someone has other plans for him. Will he get what he wants or will the outside forces win?
