The dawn shall come anew over bastard land.

For four centuries, the descendants of the Conqueror have ruled over the Kingdom of Viriland, and their dynasty has been marked not by peace, but by warring over who next shall take the throne.

Conflict has once more taken the land, and civil war has been waged between King Celwas VI and his twin brother Malwas. The people grow tired of war, of strife, of the Bastard Kings. They wish not for another of the Conqueror’s descendants, but for a new House to sit the throne.
